My first baby bottles, trying two different techniques. The first has the specificity of using liquid.
I use the inner tube of an old pen which I close the ends with a glue gun, having taken care to put water and a little white paint inside beforehand, to make the milk.
the nipple is also made with the glue gun and decorated with nail polish.
The second technique does not use liquid but has a better result ! I use capsules (food supplements, vitamins, etc. - expired in my case) that I filled with glue gun to make water or white candle to make milk (my candle was not white enough, so my milk is pale: /). The nipple is a "flat" pearl cut in half and a toothpick tip, coated with glue gun before being threaded into the bead.
Preferring the second batch, it is on this one that I added the graduation using decorative adhesive tapes for nails art.
Made with a cap of soft plastic from a sculpting tools, nail polishes, a glue gun drop for the button, a nail rhinestone for the diode, beads for the feet and finally, a braided wire, two cut pins and cardboard for the electrical outlet.
Model of the first real size cradle I made and his two decoration proposal.
Suggestion of presentation
The cars and the locomotive are in stacked packing carboards, except the wheels and the chimney which are in toothpicks. Decorated with acrylic paint, and finally small bits of glued braided thread connects everything.
Second try, this time more inspired by mountain chalets. This miniature is made of cardboard boxes, such as cereal boxes, etc. (house structure, fireplace and table top), toothpicks (outside walls of the house and frames of the chair, bed, table, but also the curtain rod and plant's pot), matches (beams, chest of drawers and ladder), a brown sharpie (for the "dark wood" color of furniture and beams), paper (bed and chair seats), recycled transparent plastic packaging (windows), wood glue, acrylic paint, fabrics (curtains and blanket), beads (curtain rod heads), micro beads and rhinestones (fruit in a dish), fake mousse for models (plant and table top), a mixture of (expired) flour, glue and a few glitter to make the snow (roof), small cut twigs for logs and varnish.
My very first doll's doll house
A genuine little manor, made of recycled packaging boxes (cerals boxes and such) for the structure and furniture, acrylic paint,
decorated papers on the walls, fabrics for the bed (veil and sheets) and the towel, toothpicks for the columns and some sewing pins for the staircase.
